All Tupperware products carried under the Tupperware Trademarks are guaranteed by Tupperware Brands to perform under normal domestic use for the lifetime of the product. Tupperware will replace, free of charge, any Tupperware product, or any part that, under normal domestic use, shows a manufacturing defect.
Since 1st July 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Tupperware's replacement process has gone digital! There is no longer a need to bring down all the parts and queue up for them to be reviewed without knowing if they are eligible for replacement. Now, you just need to submit your requests online, wait for approval and notification that your item(s) is/are ready for collection! You can then bring the approved parts down with the claim number to do the exchange.
No, you will need to submit an online request with the relevant information including photos and wait for approval and then for the item to arrive at the Singapore service center before you can head down with the faulty item(s) to perform an exchange.
Please refer to the Tupperware e-claim guide here or watch the video below.
Every Tupperware® brand product has a two-part number stamped into it. The first few digits (before the dash) is the mold number.

No, they do not. However, you can download this Tupperware Shop App to purchase genuine Tupperware securely from the official Tupperware Shop.
Alternatively, you can visit this Tupperware Online Shop.
Negligence is not covered under Tupperware's lifetime warranty so the claim will not be approved. You can purchase the replacement part, provided it is still in production. Spare parts can be purchased from the Tupperware Shop App or Tupperware Online Shop.
Unfortunately, if you have misplaced the part, it will not be possible for Tupperware to verify that you owned that product. Tupperware will also need to use the part to assess if the type of fault is covered under warranty.
Sometimes, especially the weekends, we are aware that the Tupperware IT team performs regular system maintenance that affects their website, including the claims portal. Please try again on Monday!
If this is your first time doing the electronic claim, you’ll need to register for an account. This is not the same as your Tupperware membership account (if you have one).
